Christmas Reads

I was thinking today that I've written my fair share of Christmas and Winter tales. If you're looking for a fun, light romance for the holiday season, you may be interested in one (or more) of these stories.

Nick & Noelle
“What I want,” the pastor stated “is for you two to learn how to get along. Separately you both have much to offer the church. Together – you’re a disaster waiting to happen.”

Nick and Noelle have been in competition against each other from their Christmas day births to their present adulthood. After their rivalry causes chaos at a youth group event, Pastor Thorn assigns Nick and Noelle the task of decorating the church for Christmas. Can Nick and Noelle cooperate?

Will they end up killing each other – or maybe kissing each other?

Orchard Hill Residents - lock up your hearts! Pansy Parker and Misty Green are rivals in romance. Each believes she is the town's best matchmaker. Now, they're going to settle the question for once and for all. They're keeping track to see who can make the most matches in a year's time. No heart is safe in Orchard Hill - not even their own. Riley O'Neil and Grace Randall have been best friends since kindergarten, and Pansy knows they belong together. After Grace's fiance leaves her at the altar, Riley decides it's time to tell her he wants to be more than friends. Grace is still reeling from her fiance's betrayal. She fears that if she and Riley start dating, it will ruin their friendship--and right now Riley's friendship is something she can't spare. A new year is coming, and it's the perfect time for a fresh start. Will Grace take a chance on love with Riley? (Saving Gracie can also be found in Orchard Hill Romances Vol. 1)
Shy Joy Harper, the organist for Orchard Hill Community Church, has long been overlooked by Pastor Isaac. Then Pansy Parker announces she's retiring and Joy is asked to fill in as secretary. With an unusually large number of weddings coming up and the Christmas holidays looming, Joy and Isaac put in a lot of hours together and he discovers a beautiful and caring woman beneath Joy's reserved fa?ade. Can he convince her that the only gift he wants for Christmas is her heart? (Finding Joy can also be found in Orchard Hill Romances Vol. 3)
This is a bit different, but if  you prefer something wintry and slightly spooky to a holiday story, you may want to try -

A woman scarred by the past... Spurred by obligation, Robin Spencer drives through blizzard conditions to find the one person she never wanted to see again: Shale Anderson. When her trip turns deadly, Robin's only hope is to trust this man who broke her heart. But can she, when he's more like the dark, reclusive hero in the graphic novels he creates than the caring Shale she once knew? A man in need of forgiveness... Shale Andersen is poison. When the only woman he's ever loved shows upon his doorstep, he'll do anything to send her away. If he doesn't, he will end up ruining her life, or worse, killing her-just like every other woman who's ever gotten close to him. A danger so complete, it threatens to consume them both... Robin's only chance at happiness lies in acceptance. Shale's only chance at freedom lies in forgiveness. Can they weather the storm and begin their lives anew, or will someone with a thirst for revenge destroy their future?
